Here at G.I.A.N.T., we believe that the difference in us being a success or a failure is one thing —
THE WAY WE FEEL ABOUT WHAT WE DO!
It’s quite amazing that two people can work at the same job, receive the same training, have the same position, sell the same products, and deal with the same customers during the same shifts — yet when attempting to sell promotional products, one sales person is usually successful and the 2nd sales person will usually fail. The difference lies in THE WAY THEY FEEL ABOUT WHAT THEY DO. As a GIANT sales representative, if you are only excited about the supplementary income you can make, you will surely fail. The reason being, is that you have to set your money flow up with lots of pre-work.
If you expect to start making tons of commission as soon as you start, you will be disappointed when you are turned down on your offers (and everyone will have someone tell them no), and then get discouraged to continue because of the lack of commission. It’s important to know up front that the money always comes later. You will only begin to make shirt sales AFTER you grow in love with the product and pass that energy and excitement down to potential customers, AFTER you get your promotion from making sales and raise your commission percentage, and AFTER you develop a strong sales team that is just as engaged and excited about selling GIANT CA as you. They need to be just as motivated to move up the career ladder as you. THESE CHAIN OF EVENTS ARE THE FIRST STEPS TO LOTS OF SUCCESS WITH PLENTY OF SALES. My primary purpose in sharing what it means to be GIANT is two-fold. The first is to have you understand what a wonderful company you have the opportunity to join and the second is to understand the way I want you to feel about the business. There are “only two things” you must have to unleash your “full success potential” at GIANT CA.

You must feel good about GIANT CA and the things we stand for

You must be able to get others (customers and recruits) to feel the same way.
If you can achieve those two things, there will be no stopping you. In fact, you can apply those same two principles to all areas in your professional, financial, and personal life to achieve success beyond anything you have dreamed of.
