General Questions
Please inspect your merchandise upon receiving it. We hope you love your new merchandise but if you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please fill out a Return Authorization (RA) Form. If you have questions about a qualifying return, please contact us at returns@giantcustomapparel.com. All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of RA approval. Additionally, all merchandise must be in new, unworn, and never washed condition. Upon receiving the merchandise, our quality control department will inspect the garments and once the claim is approved, we will issue a credit memo under your account within 1-5 business days. your account.
No. Inventory is not allocated to your order until your order is submitted. At order submission, we will re-check the inventory to confirm that the quantities you requested are still available. Should the inventory have changed and the quantity you originally requested no longer be available, you will be asked to re-enter a new quantity or to select a substitute item
The cost of shipping ranges from $8 – $46 based on the destination and weight of the package. For all purchases over $200 before taxes and shipping fee, the shipping will be FREE regardless of the destination or weight of the package. All shipping is ground unless an expedited rate is chosen, in which case there will be additional fees in accordance with the delivery service used.
Lead times vary according to many different factors such as stock, assuming there are no additional modifications we need to do to the art files, how long it takes for the proofs to be approved, etc. It’s always best to contact us prior to order submission for a more accurate delivery estimate.
